Designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, the new Convention Center named “La Nuvola” (The Cloud), referring to the particular shape of the auditorium, is located in Eur district in Rome. Over the years, from 2012 onward, various services have been provided. The first intervention was the application of intumescent coating to protect load-bearing structural steel systems on which “La Nuvola” rests and the subsequent finishing.
